Playa Azul
We had a wonderful 4 days in playa azul. I did say in my last blog that the water was wonderful here but you must watch were you go in as you can get pulled down the shore line quite far. Larry went in one day in frount of the plapia we were having our morning coffee at and when he came back out he was suprized to see that he had to look for the place.
We wspent a little more here for food than in Chacala. It really makes a differance if you can cook at least one or two meals on your own.
One morning I was on the beach looking for shells and found a very small fish that had washed up on shore. It was still alive so I threw it back into the sea.
We went for a boat ride in the lagoon with one of the fisherman. He is a local Indian. We also ate at his place. While he did not charge us anything we gave him $50 ($5.00) for the time he and his family gave to us. He also fixed me a coconut to have to drink.
