Yesterday Larry made the arrangements for the collectivo to pick us up at 7:30. we were out on the street at 7:15, they picked us up at 8:05. We were both worried that we had missed it or that we would have to find other transportation.
The bus (Van) was to Panachal. We had rode constriction on the way. One of the riders had no problem with finding a place to use as a bano, which gave way to others git ting out of the van to smoke or what ever needed. The road to Panachal has improved sense Larry was on it 2 years ago, we had one 20 minute delay due to road repairs.
We got off our ride to Panachal and went strait to the docks to find a launch to San Pedro. Q20 to San Pedro. We had to wait until the launch filled up, and what to our surprise but most of the people that rode with us on the van from Antigua had found their way to the boat we were on to San Pedro. OK so two of them got off at a different place, they all went to where we went.
After we found our room the sky turned cloudy, cold. I could hear drums, echoing from the the canyon, firecrackers going off. sounding exoite, Mayan, my imitation?
