We have had a lot of things to repair after arriving back home. We found a bad roof leak, water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Larry has removed two panels of the ceiling, now we need to wait until it drys out so we can fix the problem. Right now we think we will have to replace the roof. Don't know yet what that is going to cost.
We also have had to work on our water system. We have a well that services two households. The well had some bad issues while we were gone. The man that watches over our place let the water run 24/7 so he could have water. The electric bill for one month while he was doing this was $563.00.
We have had to replace the control panel and the pressure tank, $750.00.
I am feeling better now that the water is working better than it ever has, I just don't know what the new roof is going to cost.
We have been going to senior meals once a week for this last month, cost for the meal is $2.75. We are planing on volunteering to drive meals on wheels, which will give us a free meal. They are good meals.
On June 6th we are going camping at a campground on the Oregon Coast. That day all camping a state campgroungs is free. We are really looking forward to this camping trip.
