I went to Ann’s before 7 this morning to surprise her for our morning walk. We walked to the lagoon to see the birds but must have been too early for most of them. There were only a few ducks and wading birds.
We had a great walk, yesterday we walked just over a mile but today we walked just over two.
Right after our Tia Chi class we caught a blue 10:00 NAYRIT bus to Los Cocos, where Val and Ray are staying. It is a nice place, with a great view of the ocean. They are about 18 feet above the beach and have stairs to the beach. They also have a pool they can use, when it gets filled with water which was to happen today.
We had a nice lunch with them, and then walked down the road to catch the 2:25 bus back to San Blass. The fare was 15 pesos each one way. So we paid 60 pesos for the bus, it would have been 50 to 60 pesos for a taxi, one way.
