Sunday April 4 2010
This is our last week in San Blas so we have been going to our favorite places to eat, and saying goodbye to everyone. We had pizza delivered from Patty’s Pizza one night. We went to the Chinese Restaurant for an early dinner and brought enough of the pork chop suey for another meal.
We went to Wala-Wala’s for breakfast, poached eggs on toast. All of the food was very good.

This week is also Easter week. Two nights in a row a band came to our street and played. One night they were a block to the left of us the next night they were to the right.
The Amusement rides were set up on the same street the Saturday market is on. This is a block to the west of us.
The bands started playing on the plaza last Sunday night. Each night there were more bands playing, and more people on the plaza.
We noticed large coolers being setup on the plaza; in the coolers was beer and ice. They were selling beer on the plaza for the first year that I can remember.
Then a bar was setup it was called Mr. Tequila, one sign said 80 pesos but I am not sure what the drink was.

When we were eating at Wala-Wala’s I noticed a car park and 12 people got out. They went to the market to get food to take to the beach. We see pickup trucks go by with the beds full of people. I know they can get 20 people in the back, along with what they need for the day at the beach.
This Sunday most of the people are going back home, so it will quiet down now.
We will go to the beach tomorrow and start to put things away. Tuesday will be busy will packing our bags, packing our storage bins and cleaning the casa.
We will catch the 7:30 bus to PV on Wednesday morning. Our plane leaves PV at 2:30 and by 8:30pm we will be back in Oregon.
